‘Prakritinno’ gives full value to your choices and decisions. If you are not satisfied with any product purchased, you can return it at any time. In this case, the condition shall be that the product must be in unused and resalable condition (with hang tags and waste tags).

A refund will be issued to the customer within 7 working days if the returned product is found to be completely undamaged upon receipt.

The above policy does not apply to customized products.

‘প্রাকৃতিন্য’ আপনার পছন্দ ও সিদ্ধান্তের পরিপূর্ন মূল্য দিয়ে থাকে। কোন প্রডাক্ট কোন কারনে আপান কাছে গ্রহণ-যোগ্য মনে না হলে তা নির্দ্বিধায় রিটার্ন করতে পারেন।  এক্ষেত্রে, শর্ত থাকবে প্রোডাক্ট অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত এবং পুনরায় বিক্রয় যোগ্য অবস্থায়( হ্যাংট্যাগ ও য়েস্টট্যাগ সংবলিত) থাকা বাঞ্চনীয়।

রিটার্ন প্রোডাক্ট গ্রহণের পর তা সম্পূর্ণ অবিকৃত অবস্থায় পাওয়া গেলে কাস্টমারকে ৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড করা হবে।
